    Mark Wood has over 25 years in the Real Estate Marketing Industry. He has been involved with over 15 launches of new resorts throughout the United States, Turks and Caicos, Mexico, Costa Rica, British Virgin Islands and the Bahamas. He has worked extensively with the development, management and marketing side of the industry. Mark’s hard, ethical work habits, and commitment to provide excellent service to all his clients sets him apart from others. Mark works directly with the Developers/Owners to ensure that the process is a smooth one. His responsibility within Island Property Group focuses on new business development, marketing programs, and overall strategic planning. Mark was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. He attended the University of Florida. He spent 10 years in the United States Marine Corps, traveling all over the world. He has always had a love for the ocean, and it is his joy to share that love with his family. His father taught him how to fish, and he finds great enjoyment to be on the water with his family. When he is not fishing, or watching the University of Florida play, he is looking for the next Triathlon to compete in. His faith is the most important aspect of his life and it has been a foundation for which he bases his family values. Mark is happily married and they have 3 wonderful sons and reside in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
